Music Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting your music to our company. We are always looking for new and original music OF ALL GENRES to feature on our websiteS, blogS, radio STATION, playlists, and other platforms. Before you submit your music, please read the following rules and instructions carefully.

Rules

• You must own the rights to the music you submit. We do not accept covers, remixes, or any music that infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• You must submit your music in a high-quality format, preferably .mp3 and preferably with a minimum bitrate of 320 kbps.
• If you already have an updated one-sheet or an EPK (Electronic Press Kit) then please include that with your submission, containing your contact information, a brief bio, a description of your music, and any relevant links to your website, social media, streaming platforms, etc. If you don't yet have an EPK, that's perfectly fine, because the questions on the Music Submission Form below pretty much ask for the same information, so you're all good either way.
• You must indicate if your music contains any explicit language, violence, or sensitive topics. We reserve the right to reject any music that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to our audience.
• You must agree to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and promote your music on our platforms, as well as to sublicense it for use to our partners and affiliates within our network.

Instructions

To submit your music, please fill out the MUSIC SUBMISSION FORM located below. Upload your MP3 music files (and an EPK or one-sheet if you have one) to the MUSIC SUBMISSION FORM. YOU ARE FREE TO SUBMIT MULTIPLE SONGS, BUT PLEASE NO MORE THAN ONE (1) TRACK PER SUBMISSION FORM. ANY ADDITIONAL SONGS MUST BE SUBMITTED SEPARATELY. (However, if you are submitting an Album, EP, or Mixtape for "The BHM Blog's Hardcore Music Review" then you may submit your entire project via this submission form) * IMPORTANT * Please note that submitting an entire album by no means guarantees that if we decide to promote your album as a whole you will receive song placement, streams, or playlisting of every song on the album. Each individual track will be evaluated and ONLY those which fit our criteria will be playlisted.

• We will review your submission and get back to you within two weeks. Please do not send us multiple submissions or follow-up emails, as this will only delay our response.
• If we accept your music, we will notify you by email and provide you with more details on how and when your music will be featured on our platforms.
• If we reject your music, we will also notify you by email and provide you with constructive feedback. Please do not take it personally, as we receive a lot of submissions and have to be selective. You are welcome to submit again in the future with different or improved material.

THE RULES LISTED ABOVE AND BELOW THIS WRITING ALONG WITH THE ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS ON THE SUBMISSION FORM COLLECTIVELY MAKE THE COMPLETE COMMUNICATION OF THE RULES & PROCEDURES FOR MUSIC SUBMISSION.  THESE RULES AND PROCEDURES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UPON SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS A CONTEST, COMPETITION, OR A SIMILAR EVENT, IN WHICH CASE THE ORGANIZERS OF SAID EVENT WILL SET DIFFERENT REGULATIONS TO THE SUBMISSION PROCESS. HOWEVER, AFTER THE EVENT HAS PASSED, THE SUBMISSION RULES AUTOMATICALLY REVERT BACK TO THESE YOU SEE ABOVE AND BELOW THIS WRITING.

Media Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting your original music, written materials, photos, videos, or other creative content ("Material") to A1BHMWORLDWIDE.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your Material for the following purposes:

• Promoting your art and brand: We may use your Material to showcase your talent, promote your artwork, and help you build your audience. This may include featuring your work on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms.
• Promoting A1BHMWORLDWIDE.com & The BHM Conglomerate LLC: We may also use your Material to promote our websites or subsidiaries and attract new users. This could include using your work in website banners, advertisements, or other promotional content.

Please note:

• You retain all ownership rights to your Material.
• We will always credit you when using your Material.
• We reserve the right to edit or modify your Material as necessary for our purposes.
• We may choose not to use your Material at all.

By submitting your Material, you confirm that:

• You are the sole owner of the Material or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
• The Material does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
